Refund policy

Our shirts are made to order. That means each item is printed specifically for you the moment you purchase it. Because of this production model, we don’t offer traditional returns or exchanges. We stand behind the quality of our prints and garments, so if something shows up wrong, we fix it — simple as that.

Below is a breakdown of what qualifies and what doesn’t:

Eligible for Return:

• Misprints (ink issues, incorrect artwork, off-center prints)
• Damage that occurred during production or shipping
• Wrong item received (incorrect size or design due to fulfillment error)

Not Eligible for Return:

• Wrong size ordered
• Change of mind after purchase
• Normal wear and tear
• Color or design differences caused by screen settings
• Any issue reported more than 14 days after delivery
